General information

The research activities of the Cell Technologies laboratory have two directions – basic research (cancer research) and applied research (toxicology). Basic research is related to the study of DNA damage and repair processes in tumor and healthy cells. Applied research is aimed at evaluating the biological activity and safety of potential drugs and natural compounds using standard and/or newly developed by us in vitro and in silico approaches.

Current Research Projects

  • «Application of deep neural network algorithms as a tool for in silico prediction of small molecules metabolism and toxicity», SC RA / 20TTCG-1F004.
  • «Study of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of plant oils for ointments preparation», SC RA / 21-001.
