To ensure high-quality processing and sequencing, please follow the instructions below for sample preparation, quality requirements, and shipping procedures.
General Shipping Instructions
Packaging: Use leak-proof, insulated containers with secure closures. Seal sample tubes with parafilm to prevent leakage or evaporation.
Tube Labeling: Clearly label each tube with a unique sample ID that matches the sample submission form. Use alcohol-resistant/permanent markers to prevent smudging during handling and disinfection.
Shipping Conditions:
Libraries: Ship on dry ice
DNA: Ship on dry ice or cold packs (dry ice preferred)
RNA: Ship on dry ice only
Blood/Cells: See specific conditions in the sample type sections below
Sample Submission Form: Include a printed and emailed version. Ensure the sample names exactly match those on the tubes.
Shipping Address: 7 Ezras Hasratyan St., 0014, Institute of Molecular Biology NAS RA, Yerevan, Armenia.
User-Supplied Libraries
The core facility offers comprehensive services, not only sequencing with user-supplied libraries but also full project support, including library preparation according to standard protocols for whole exome sequencing, reduced representation bisulfite sequencing, and transcriptome sequencing. We are open to discussing other/custom protocols and applications.
DNA Sample Requirements
Format: Submit in 1.5 mL low-bind microcentrifuge tubes
Concentration: ≥ 30 nM

Additional Notes
All samples undergo internal quality control before processing. If samples do not meet quality or quantity requirements, we will contact you to discuss options (e.g., additional cleanup, resubmission, or extra charges). For special projects (e.g., degraded RNA, ultra-low input), please consult with us.
